Alexander Zass The Toughest Man On Earth Video by Greg MySpace Video

  1. If you look at Zass, he looked rugged, but certainly not like a massive bodybuilder, especially the monsters of today. How could this man break chains with his chest and bend steel bars? He almost exclusively trained his tendons and ligaments. From reading Zass's writings, it becomes apparent that he placed very little premium on muscle training at all and he specifically spent almost all of his time focusing on building tendon strength, primarily with isometrics. Think about it :-)
