Isometronic Barbell Curl (www.trainatp.com)

  1. A video clip giving an example of an isometronic curl. In this example, an empty bar is curled as hard as possible against the pins of the power rack. Another method is to load the barbell with a weight heavy enough so that you can just curl the weight up enough to touch the pins and then try to keep pressing into the pins for up to 10 seconds.
